sorry i haven't posted much lately. I've been kind of busy and i haven't gotten many of my projects back. well this is one of my first attempts of water color. we had to color and illustrate the cover of a story book

Self Portrait (Colored Pencil)

This project was really long and was just about the most frustrating piece. Mostly because of the make shift turban I made out of my friend, Rachel's, scarves. It was also our first colored project we did. the eye's might be a little off but i still enjoy it

Hand Sketch (Pencil)

4th Project. Yeah, so i waited until the last minute to do this sketch. Stayed up pretty much all Saturday night to work on it. luckily my teacher moved back the due date so had some more time. i worked pretty fast on this and it took me about 4 days. i still think it's has cool texture to to it.

The Lion

This is the 3rd and, so far, the best piece that I've made at Mvctc. For this project we had to stipple a portrait of some kind. For some stupid reason I chose a lion. But i'm glad that i had. It's one of the most realistic things I've ever drawn. But seriously, there's at least 40 hours of my life in this.

Self Portrait (Pencil)

This was our second project in the graphics program at Mvctc. We took time in class to screw around with a camera and take pictures of ourselves and then we practiced line-drawing before we sketched to get proportions right. Although i didn't like the paper, i still think it turned out great.
